Welcome to TLC Mi-Kis!

What does the “TLC” in TLC Mi-Kis (pronounced Mee-Kee) stand for? Of course, tender, loving, care and that is definitely how I breed and raise my Mi-Kis.

Mi-Kis are a rare dog breed and can be difficult to find. I live in Michigan and my first Mi-Ki came from Bonnie Thomson at Brumby’s Run in California. Bonnie has been such an amazing resource for me on my Mi-Ki journey. Another part of my reason I decided to start breeding Mi-Kis is that I wanted to promote the breed and make Mi-Kis more widely available.

It is important to me to breed dogs that match the breed standard, as close as possible. I use the Mi-Ki breed standard laid out by the American Mi-Ki Registration Association (AMRA). All of my dogs and their puppies are registered with the AMRA.

It is my privilege to breed and raise Mi-Kis and have those Mi-Kis share their love with their forever families. Whether or not you choose to add one of our Mi-Kis to your family, I hope that you’ll explore my website and learn more about Mi-Kis. If there are any questions that you have, feel free to reach out and I will do my very best to answer them.

Thank you for visiting my website.
